Stephen has headed the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Slaughter and May in London, since 2001. He has a general corporate and M&A practice, with particular experience in takeover bids and other Stock Exchange related work.
Stephen acts for a number of listed companies including FTSE 100 clients Aggreko, ARM Holdings, Barratt Developments, Centrica, Diageo, International Airlines Group, John Wood Group and Rolls-Royce and FTSE 250 clients Morgan Advanced Materials, Segro, Ultra Electronics and W.S. Atkins.
