Sarah Jones '02 spent over seven years as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. She is currently Vice President and Counsel at Credit Suisse in New York. Sarah graduated from Cardozo in 2002 (Summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, Supervising Editor of the Law Review and a Heyman Scholar).

Session I of this program is on:
"M&A Deals and Due Diligence"
Learn basic terminology, deal structures and deal process for standard M&A transactions. Learn what to look for when completing M&A due diligence assignments. As part of this session, students will get some hands-on diligence experience.
