|Event:||Comparative Corporate Governance Program at Oxford|

This program will introduce students to the corporate law systems of the US, UK, Germany, and other jurisdictions. Students will live and attend seminars at St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University. The seminars will be taught by Professors Melanie Leslie and Richard Bierschbach along with guest lecturers. The program also includes a day in London where students will visit two international law firms and hear about recent corporate transactions. Cardozo students may earn up to 2 credits upon completion of an independent research paper when they return to Cardozo. The program begins 10 weeks after the end of May exams, leaving time to complete a summer job or internship before traveling to Oxford. There are no course prerequisites.
