Professor Andrea Guaccero
Andrea Guaccero is Full Professor of Private Comparative Law and currently teaches Anglo-American Company Law and Comparative Legal Systems.
He holds a degree from the School of Law of the Università La Sapienza, Rome and a Ph.D. in Public Law of Economy from the Università La Sapienza, Rome, School of Business and Economics.
He has written books and essays on corporate, financial markets and banking law, all seen in a comparative perspective, especially focusing on American law.
The speaker will analyze the latest developments in the European regulation of director's compensation, both in the financial industry and outside, along with some developments in the Member States.
