Sarah Jones '02 spent over seven years as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. She is currently Vice President and Counsel at Credit Suisse in New York. Sarah graduated from Cardozo in 2002 (Summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, Supervising Editor of the Law Review and a Heyman Scholar).
Session II of the Practical Skills Program is on:
"Equity Financing and Public Company Disclosure"
Walk through the process of completing an initial public offering. Learn basic information about other types of equity financing transactions. Learn about the disclosure requirements for public companies. As part of this session, students will review and discuss excerpts from sample public company filings.
