Sarah Jones '02 spent over seven years as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. She is currently Vice President and Counsel at Credit Suisse in New York. Sarah graduated from Cardozo in 2002 (Summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, Supervising Editor of the Law Review and Heyman Scholar).
Session III of this Practical Skills Program will be focused on:
"Debt Financing and Other Corporate Work"
Learn about the basic types of debt financing used by companies. Time permitting, discuss other types of corporate work, such as commercial contracts and corporate governance. As part of this session, students will discuss how to review and comment on a sample financing contract as company counsel.
