Heyman/American Corporate Counsel Association (ACCA) In-House Counsel Internship Program

This program supports students to work with in-house counsel during the academic year. Heyman/ACCA students enjoy a unique perspective on the legal structure of the corporation and the role of corporate counsel.  In recent years, Heyman/ACCA students have worked at the following companies:

Summer Public Service Fellowships

The Heyman Center provides funding to students to work in fields directly related to corporate law and governance. Stipends are awarded for full-time summer internships with various public and quasi-public agencies that regulate financial and business activity, including the New York Stock Exchange, NASD, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and New York State Attorney General’s Office.
