Summer Research Fellows works under the supervision of Prof. Eric J. Pan, Director of The Samuel and Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance. Stipends are awarded for full-time status. This is a great opportunity for students to pursue interests in corporate and securities law through conducting research on various projects, assisting with the development of upcoming events, meetings and conferences, and editing and proofing manuscripts and other written material.
