Harold K. Gordon practices corporate and commercial litigation and products liability, and represents entities and individuals in SEC and stock exchange investigations. Prior to joining Jones Day, Harold was a Branch Chief in the Division of Enforcement at the SEC. He also served as a law clerk to a federal district judge.
